Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Buyer Pays for Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. Jewelry that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

4. Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before buying earrings.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue an exchange for the item of your choice (subject to availability). The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back. Upon receipt, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.
